“The tour was very fascinating! Such great history to learn about the tunnels. The guide was very informative and had great facts. The only thing that could maybe be improved is at some points of the tour is it was hard to hear because of the echos of the chambers. Not sure how to fix that since it’s just the way things are. Overall a great experience!”

“This is a tour with a guide with a choice of English language or Italian. i chose the English group to make the tour before the end of the day. The guide leader was difficult to hear from the end of the line as there 50 people in the group. Other groups are near, and make noise to themselves, in the group some guests translate from English to Portuguese while the guide speaks making hearing impossible. English is not my first language, I found it was not clear to hear the guides words. A fierce man shouted in a loud voice to “shut up” the other group - I wanted…”

“Could have been a great tour. Guide was rude and indifferent to the members of our group . Rush, rush, rush, with no concern for our needs and extremely rude and unconcerned about the needs of the tour group..She just wanted to get it over with and was confronted about her behavior by group members. She needs to find another line of work..I am very easy to please, in my opinion she ruined the experience of visiting this great city for many of us involved. Great content, but handled by guide in an extremely poor manner. She came from World Tours and her name started with an M I think..I…”

“This is not the underground tour of Naples. Our tour guide took us to San chiari chrurch and monastery. We did not see the underground tour that we had booked for over 600 dollar for two people. It is a huge misrepresentation of the tour. Don’t do it ever!!!!!”
