“Tours are very time specific and are not altered based on individual delays. However, when we experienced delays in meeting our tour group ( due to canceled and late trains to meeting point) the company was very responsive and communicative to our questions and attempts to catch up with the tour when we were able to join. The company coordinated the meeting point and kept in communication with us to the extent possible to follow up with our joining the group! “Standing on the crater of Vesuvius was an experience I will never forget. The pickup from Naples was an hour late but communication from the tour company was excellent. There was a bit of standing around on Vesuvius trying to find someone to do the guide in English. In the end we were given a bit of the history and left to walk on by ourselves but that was ok.
