“The tour guide Carlo was very good, helpful when we had trouble finding the meeting place (other companies had bigger signage), very knowledgeable throughout the tour. The only downside was that the tour stopped after 1.5 hrs for us, because everyone else in the group, except us, were continuing on another tour. We were still able to roam around as long as wanted, but we weren’t offered another 2 hr time slot. So for that reason, we felt a little short changed”
